(A) Fire service of the city is extended to all city-owned property lying outside the city limits, including property of the city waterworks and airport.
(B) Fire service of the city is extended to outside fire departments in which a 28E Agreement for mutual aid has been executed. On request, one apparatus with equipment requested shall respond. Off-duty personnel shall be called back to ensure minimum staffing requirements.
