§ 32.017 INTERFERING WITH FIRE OFFICER OR FIREFIGHTER IN PERFORMANCE OF DUTY.
   It shall be unlawful to hinder or interfere with any officer or firefighter in the performance of his or her duty as a member of the Fire Department.
