(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate §§ 111.01 through 111.06. The violation of §§ 111.01 through 111.06 by any person, firm or corporation shall be deemed a Class C misdemeanor. Such violation shall be enforced in any manner that ordinance violations may be prosecuted. In addition, the county may pursue civil relief to prevent or enjoin further violations.
