§ 111.03 EXEMPT ACTIVITY.
   (A)   Any person working as a handyperson is not required to be registered.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who contracts and engages in any activity which is not directly related to the building, repair, alteration, demolition or remodeling of a structure is not required to register.
