§ 90.07 ENUMERATION OF CERTAIN VIOLATIONS AND PROCEDURE THEREFOR.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog or other animal, licensed or unlicensed, to permit the dog or other animal to run at large; provided, however, that a licensed dog actively engaged in hunting need not be leashed when under the reasonable control of some person.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit such dog to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by habitually barking, making loud or unusual noises or by damaging the property of another.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any owner of any dog or any other animal to treat a dog or other animal in a cruel or neglectful way. Cruelty and neglect may include failure to provide shelter, failure to provide food and water, beating and tormenting a dog or other animal or all other violations of I.C. 35-46-3-7.
   (D)   Owners of dogs are also bound by the State Dog Bite Statute (I.C. 15-20-1).
