SCHEDULE III. WEIGHT LIMITS GENERALLY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or move or for any owner to cause or knowingly permit to be operated or moved upon the county roads described herein, any vehicle or combination of vehicles, including load of a weight exceeding the gross weight limitation provided in this schedule. Such restricted use of county roads apply to the following roads with the amount of total gross weight limitation for each such road as set out below.
