§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall violate § 70.01(C) by driving, or causing to be driven, a motor vehicle at a speed greater than the maximum speed limit as prescribed by § 70.01 upon those designated county roads and highways shall be assessed a penal sum in an amount not to exceed $200.
      (2)   Fines assessed for violation of § 70.01 shall be deposited into the County General Fund.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate § 70.02 by parking, or causing to be parked, a motor vehicle along and/or adjacent to the designated county highways in a no-parking zone, shall be prosecuted by the state shall suffer such penalties as by the laws of the state provided.

   (D)   (1)   Any person who violates such vehicle weight restriction set forth in § 70.03(C) during the designated period of vehicular weight restriction, commits a Class C infraction which, under state law, subject the violator to a fine of not more than $500.
      (2)   A person who violates § 70.03(D) shall be fined a sum not to exceed $1,000 if the weight violation is not more than 10,000 pounds in excess of the stated weight limitation or in a sum not to exceed $2,500 if the weight violation is in excess of 10,000 pounds over the stated weight limitation.

   (E)   Failure of an operator to adhere to § 70.05 shall be a violation of this code. A violation shall have a fine of $300.
