§ 70.02 PARKING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Purpose. This section shall establish no-parking zones in the county.

   (B)   Generally.
      (1)   The County Board of Commissioners desires to establish certain specific no-parking zones along and/or adjacent to certain county highways.
      (2)   The Board of Commissioners has caused an engineering and traffic investigation to be made on county highways, which investigation has revealed that extreme traffic hazards exist by and through the parking of motor vehicles along and/or adjacent to certain county highways in said county as hereinafter designated, and the persons and officers conducting said investigation for and on behalf of the state police, the County Sheriff and the County Highway Supervisor have unanimously recommended that the areas hereinafter designated be made no-parking zones and that the same be so designated by appropriate signs.
      (3)   The Board of Commissioners desires to establish no-parking zones in accordance with the recommendations of the traffic and engineering investigation, and further desires to repeal, revoke and set aside all prior specific no-parking zones heretofore established by either this Board or any other prior County Board of Commissioners.
