§ 33.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   A person who violates the provisions of § 33.065 shall be guilty of an infraction as defined by state law and may be fined up to a maximum amount of $1,000. Each violation of the provisions of § 33.065 shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates the terms and conditions of § 33.071 by failing to pay or by violating § 33.071(L) shall be guilty of an infraction and may be fined up to $2,500.

      (2)   In the event there is a violation of the prohibition for disseminating information as prohibited in § 33.071(L), each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
