§ 121.08 VIOLATION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a special event without having first obtained a special event permit. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or violates the terms and conditions of a special event or block party permit shall be subject to a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
