§ 34.34 RESPONDING TO CALLS OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
   No officer shall respond to calls outside the corporate limits of the city unless it is a life- threatening situation or unless assistance is requested by another law enforcement agency. “Ispern” messages or the “Hit-Tone” shall be acceptable as requests.
