§ 34.33 OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.

Any full-time officer seeking outside employment shall inform the Chief of Police prior to accepting a position and shall receive approval from both the Chief and the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety. Officer shall understand that his responsibility to the Police Department shall take precedence over any such employment.
