§ 34.31 CARE OF DEPARTMENT PROPERTY.

Officers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of Department property. Any loss, damage or unserviceable equipment shall be reported to the first line supervisor or to the Chief of Police. Each officer's desk and work are shall be kept clean and neat at all times.
