§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision §§ 150.25 through 150.34 shall he fined according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
