§ 34.24 CONDUCT OF OFFICERS.
   The conduct of officers shall be as follows:
   (A)   An officer shall be quiet, civil and orderly. In the performance of his duty, he must maintain command of his temper and patience. He shall not use coarse, boisterous, profane or insolent language.
   (B)   An officer shall not engage in any activity which discredits the integrity of the Police Department, its employees or which impairs the operation of the Department.
   (C)   An officer shall conduct himself, both on and off duty, in such a manner as to reflect favorably on the Department.
   (D)   A level of conduct shall be maintained in all personal and business affairs which is in keeping with the highest standards of the law enforcement profession. Officers shall not participate in any activity involving moral turpitude which impairs his ability to perform as a law enforcement officer.
   (E)   An officer shall never visit, enter or frequent any establishment wherein prostitution, gambling or any other activity which violates any state or federal statute may take place, unless acting under proper and specific orders from a superior officer.
