It shall be the duty of the Police Department within the first ten days of each month to make a written report to the City Council showing the number of arrests made by the police force during the preceding month, the name of each person arrested, the police officer making the arrest, the offense charged, the court before whom tried, the disposition of the case, the amount of fine imposed, if any, and the amount of such fine collected.
