All billiard and pool rooms within this city shall close games at 11:00 p.m. (12:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday only), and shall not be opened before 7:00 a.m except that if the room is within a business licensed to sell alcoholic liquor, the hours of operation shall correspond with the hours authorized to sell alcoholic liquor.
