(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) The penalty described in above division (A) shall not limit the authority of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner to take action against a responsible party under the Liquor Control Act of 1934, being ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, to impose any penalty authorized under ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 7-5 or other applicable section of said Act.
