§ 112.44 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   No person licensed to sell alcoholic liquors under this chapter shall permit his establishment to be open for business except during the following periods of times:
      (1)   From 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. the following morning on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;
      (2)   From 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. the following morning on Friday and Saturday; and
      (3)   From 6:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. the following morning on Sunday.
   (B)   The only persons or individuals permitted to remain after closing hours in an establishment which has been issued a Class “A” Retail Liquor License, shall be the owner, bartender and janitor.
