§ 111.03 DISTRIBUTING HANDBILLS FOR UNLICENSED PERSON PROHIBITED.

No person shall distribute handbills, samples or advertisements of any kind for any other person engaged in the business described in this subchapter, unless such other person shall have been licensed as herein required.
