§ 94.02 DEFACEMENT OF BOOKS AND OTHER THINGS OF VALUE OF PUBLIC LIBRARY PROHIBITED.

No person shall intentionally cut, tear, deface or injure, or write upon any book, newspaper, plate, engraving or other thing of value belonging to the public library.
