§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of a condition may be punishable by a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 per violation, and the city shall be entitled to an order of injunction or remediation to conform the pollution control facility and its operations to the condition, and to such other relief as may be necessary or appropriate to protect the public health, safety or welfare.
