(A) The telephone number “911” is hereby designated and established as the primary emergency telephone number for use in this city.
(B) The telephone number “911” shall be used exclusively for emergency situations for individuals seeking police, fire, medical, rescue, and other emergency services of the city.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to call the telephone number “911” for any reason other than for the seeking of emergency services.
