§ 92.03 BURNING OF LEAVES AND GARBAGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any leaves, paper or other permitted substances upon any of the public streets, sidewalks or alleys in the city. It shall be unlawful to build or light any open fire or conduct burning within ten feet of a structure, vehicle, trailer or any combustible material. Any open fire or burning shall be at least two feet away from any public street, sidewalk, and concrete curb or guttering.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any rubbish or garbage at any time within the city.
