Any person who fails to obey a notice received from the city under the provisions of this chapter which states that said person is to dispose of any inoperable or unregistered vehicle under his or her control, within seven days of receiving said notice, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
