(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park or permit any vehicle to remain at the following location for more than the amount of time indicated.

(B) Any motor vehicle parked or located upon any portion of the streets as prohibited in this Schedule II, may be towed and removed by the city without notice to the owner thereof and at the expense of the owner thereof.
(C) Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
