§ 32.35 ASSIGNMENT OF MEMBERS OF POLICE DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
   The Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, the Police Department and all police officers and employees therein, and the police station, jail property and apparatus used in the Police Department, are all assigned to the Department of Public Health and Safety.
