§ 32.23 COMMISSIONER OF DEPARTMENT TO BE LIAISON OFFICER.
   The Commissioner of the Department of Accounts and Finances shall be the liaison officer between the City Council and the Zoning Commission and shall attend Appeal Board and Plan Commission meetings, be available to confer with the City Clerk and Zoning Officer, and recommend needed changes, including proper fees for permits, in the zoning laws or procedures.
