§ 52.32 EXTENSIONS OF WATER MAINS AND SANITARY SEWERS OUTSIDE CITY.
   No extensions of water mains or sanitary sewers shall be made outside the city limits, unless such property to be serviced shall first have been annexed to the city, and any such extension shall be at the cost of the property owner and subject to installation plan acceptable to the city.
