(A) Residents wishing to fill their swimming pools by the use of their water tap may do so. There shall be a charge for water and sewer service, based on the current water and sewer rate for every 100 gallons of water used.
(B) Residents wishing to fill their swimming pools by use of city fire hydrants shall be required to make application to the city for this service in accordance with § 52.05, Use of Fire Hydrants, of the Code of Marseilles.
