§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not provided, shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $200, for each offense. Each and every day on which the violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (B)    Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 51.100 through 51.103 shall be fined according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99.
