§ 51.005 OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL SUITABLE TOILET FACILITIES.
   (A)   The owner of an economic unit situated within the city and abutting on any street, alley or right-of-way, in which there is now located or may in the future be located a public sanitary sewerage of the city, is hereby required at his expense to install suitable toilet facilities therein, and to connect such facilities directly with the proper public sewer in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, within 90 days after date of official notice to do so, provided that said public sewer is within 400 feet of the property line.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to use any economic unit, other than storage, unless such structure is equipped with proper toilet facilities connected with the public sanitary sewer system, as required in this section.
