§ 112.50 SHIPPING OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
   (A)   Shipping authorized. The holder of retailer's liquor licenses issued by the city is authorized to perform shipping of alcoholic liquor from the retailer to a consumer through one of the following methods:
      (1)   Delivery within licensed retailer's parking lot, including curbside, for pickup by the consumer;
      (2)   Delivery by an owner, officer, director, shareholder, or employee of the licensed retailer; or
      (3)   Delivery by a third-party contractor, independent contractor, or agent with whom the licensed retailer has contracted to make deliveries of alcoholic liquors.
   (B)   Delivery outside of parking lot or curbside. Any person delivering alcoholic liquor outside of the parking lot or curbside for the holder of a retailer's liquor license shall register their identity with the Marseilles Police Department and agree to delivery terms including as follows:
      (1)   The delivery person shall be 21 years of age or older and within the past year have completed a BASSET training program approved by the Illinois Liquor Commission.
      (2)   The delivery shall be made within 12 hours from the time the alcoholic liquor leaves the premises of the holder of a retailer's liquor license any may be delivered only within hours authorized under § 112.44.
      (3)   No delivery may be made to person under 21 years of age and the person accepting delivery shall sign a receipt for such on a receipt form approved by the Marseilles Police Department.
      (4)   The holder of a retailer's liquor license shall hold liquor delivery receipts for a period no less than 12 months and upon request shall provide copies to the Marseilles Police Department.
