Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any provision of this subchapter, in addition to any and all other penalties provided herein, upon conviction thereof, shall be liable for payment of the tax and the cost of collection including reasonable attorney fees. Any person violating this subchapter shall also be subject to a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule of the City of Marseilles, found in § 10.99.
