Any person who violates § 132.01 shall be subject to a fine according to the Uniform Fine Schedule in § 10.99 with the exception that a person found in violation of § 132.01 involving theft under § 132.01(A)(12) shall be subject to the following fines based upon the value of the property subject matter of the theft:
(A) Theft involving less than $20: Penalty $200
(B) Theft involving value of $20 or more but less
than $49.99: Penalty $300
(C) Theft involving value of $50 or more: Penalty $500
