(A) All employees of the Wastewater Plant Department will be paid at one and one-half their hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.
(B) Hours worked do not include any vacation days, sick days, personal days or any other days that an employee is off for any reason, other than city-observed holidays as described in § 35.20, jury duty and bereavement days.
(C) The Superintendent of the Wastewater Department forms executive and administrative responsibilities and is an exempt or non-covered employee under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
