§ 175.04 SALES TAX.
   (A)   The village imposes a sales and use tax of 1.5% upon the same transactions within the village upon which the State of Nebraska is authorized to impose a tax.
   (B)   The tax collected shall be utilized for the repair and maintenance of the village's lift station, sewer lagoon, streets and for whatever other purpose the Board of Trustees deems necessary.
