§ 174.50 PARK AND PLAYGROUND AREA RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees may, by resolution, establish, or alter, rules and regulations in any village park or playground area.
   (B)   Signs shall be posted in any park or playground area for which such rules and regulations have been established.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to be in a park or playground area in violation of such posted rules and regulations posted for such park or playground area.
