§ 174.11 DOGS; PROHIBITED IN PUBLIC AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of a dog to allow that dog into any public park or recreational facility where there is a sign indicating "NO DOGS ALLOWED". This prohibition shall not apply to any service dog that has been specially trained to assist its owner and is accompanying its owner in the public park or recreational facility.
