The placement of the following things within a right of way are hereby prohibited:
A. Trees and shrubs except to the extent permitted and regulated by chapter 8 of this title.
B. Garbage, garbage cans, litter, refuse and rubbish, except as permitted for pick up purposes, title 8, chapter 3 of this code.
C. Weeds which are in violation of title 8, chapter 2 of this code.
D. Any other structure, thing, artifact or device except as specifically allowed by section 9-1-4 of this chapter.
E. Discharge of snow, ice, or any like material into the street portion of the right of way. (Ord. 550, 2-22-1999)
