1729.02 AMENDMENTS.

   The Property Maintenance Code is adopted herein is hereby modified by the following additions and amendments as respectively indicated:

   101.1 Title. Insert “Town of Marmet”

103.5 Fees. Insert “Fee schedule for building permit fees provided in Title XIII of these Codified Ordinances.”

110.3 Failure to Comply shall be modified as follows:

“If the owner of a premises fails to comply with the demolition order within the time prescribed, the legal counsel of the Town of Marmet shall institute appropriate action in The Circuit Court of the County in which the property is located against the owner of the premises where the structure is or was located seeking an order causing the structure to be demolished and removed. Thereafter, the Town of Marmet, through an available agency or by contract or arrangement with private persons, shall demolish and remove the structure and the costs thereof, as well as all fees and costs incurred in the legal action, shall be a lien upon such real estate.”

   112.4 Failure to comply. Insert “$100" and “$500" respectively.

   302.4 Weeds. Insert “12 inches”

   304.14 Insect screens. Insert “April 1" and “October 31"

   602.3 Heat Supply. Insert “September 15" and “May 15"

   602.4 Occupiable work spaces. Insert “September 1" and “May 1"
