905.01 CUTTING INTO STREET.
   No person shall cut into, damage or otherwise excavate within or under any street, sidewalk or public place within the Town for the purpose of connecting with water and gas lines thereunder, for any other purpose within a period of five (5) years next after the paving of any such street, except as hereinafter provided in this Article.

905.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall cut into, damage or otherwise excavate within or under any street, sidewalk or public place within the Town, for any purpose, except for pursuant to a permit to do so issued by the Clerk’s office. (Ord. 92-12. Passed 6-21-99.)
