121.16 SUMMONING OF ABSENT MEMBERS.

In case a lesser number than a quorum shall convene at a regular or special meeting, the majority of members present are authorized to send the Sergeant-at-Arms or other person for any or all of the absent members. (Passed 8-17-87.)
