1711.08 APPLICABILITY OF STATE/FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

The Town recognizes the possible applicability of State/Federal laws and regulations to mobile homes and finds the provisions of this Article are not inconsistent with those laws and regulations in its purposes here of protecting property values assuring the health and safety of residents. (Ord. 92-9.)
