1711.02 OWNER OR TENANT RESPONSIBLE FOR VIOLATIONS.

No owner or tenant of any real property shall knowingly permit any person or entity to keep, maintain or place a mobile home on that real property except as specifically permitted by the provisions of this Article. (Ord. 92-9.)
