Upon proper application by any resident, business or other entity within the corporate boundaries, the Town shall spot a vehicle for refuse collection and transport for disposal of the same upon advance payment of the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) and advance payment toward a tipping fee, which amount shall be determined by the Mayor or a designated representative and in accordance with the charge for such disposal. This service shall only be provided if such applicant is current with all taxes and fees due the Town. (Passed 2-17-14)
