Upon proper application by any resident, business or other entity within the corporate boundaries, the Town shall collect any item or items for refuse collection and transport for disposal of the same upon advance payment of an amount of ten dollars ($10.00) for each item to be collected. The items in questions shall generally be determined by reason of size and/or uniqueness of disposal as determined by the Director of Public Works or designee. This service shall only be provided if such applicant is current with all taxes and fees due the Town.
