913.04 SEWER SERVICE SCHEDULE OF RATES.
   Applicable within the corporate limits of the Town of Marmet, West Virginia.
   (a)   AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE.
      Available for general, domestic, commercial and industrial sanitary sewer service.
   (b)   RATE.
      Meter Rate (Based upon the metered amount of water used)
            First 2,000 x $7.34 per 1,000 Gallons = $14.68
            Next 3,000 x $4.72 per 1,000 Gallons = $14.16
            Next 5,000 x $3.98 per 1,000 Gallons = $19.65
            Next 5,000 x $3.48 per 1,000 Gallons = $17.40
            Next 5,000 x $3.22 per 1,000 Gallons = $16.10
            Next 5,000 x $2.96 per 1,000 Gallons = $14.80
            Over 25,000 x $2.83 per 1,000 Gallons
   
   (c)   MINIMUM CHARGE,
      The above schedule is subject to a minimum monthly charge of fourteen dollars and sixty-eight cents ($14.68).
   (d)   EFFECTIVE DATE.
      The rates, fees, charges and delayed payment penalty charges provided for herein shall be:
Effective thirty (30) days after the rates herein are approved by the Public Service Commission of the State of West Virginia. (Ord. 92-17. Passed. 8-16-04.)
   (e)   DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY.
      The above tariff is net. On all current usage billings not paid within ten (10) days, ten percent (10%) will be added to the net current amount unpaid. This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate.
   (f)   SERVICE CONNECTION.
      Tap inspection fee, new installation:
         (1)   Within the corporate limits of the Town of Marmet, West Virginia - $150.00.
         (2)   Outside the corporate limits of the Town of Marmet, West Virginia- $200.00.
   (g)   WATER DISCONNECT ; RECONNECT FEES.
      (1)   Whenever water service has been disconnected for non-payment of sewer bills, a disconnection fee of $20.00 shall be charged.
      (2)   Whenever water service which has been previously disconnected or otherwise withheld for non-payment of sewer bill is re-connected, a fee of $20.00 shall be charged. (Passed. 1-29-90.)
