Any duly authorized agent or employee of the Town of Marmet or the Marmet Sanitary Board shall have the authority to inspect any building, plant or premises being serviced by the sewer system of Marmet to determine compliance with this article. Upon refusal by an owner or resident, said agent or employee may apply for a search warrant from the Municipal Court of Marmet: shall be issued forthwith upon showing of a probable cause that this article has been violated.
