735.11 ABANDONMENT OF A NON-CONFORMING USE.
   Notwithstanding anything in the Ordinance to the contrary, if an Existing Use that is non- conforming with the Ordinance has been abandoned, any future use of such land or Improvement shall conform to the Ordinance.
